In accordance with THE CONSTITUTION OF THE NISGA’A NATION Chapter 2 Section 12, Election Rights: Subject to residency and other requirements set out in Nisga’a law, every Nisga’a citizen who is at least 18 years of age is eligible to vote in Nisga’a elections and to hold office in Nisga’a Government.
If you have a Nisga’a Citizenship number, you are registered.
It’s very important that you update your voter information, especially your address. CONTACT our office to ensure that your mailing/residential address is up to date.
The address that we have on file determines where and how you can vote. This is explained further in the NISGA’A VOTING DISTRICTS page.
