Updating your voter information, especially your address will ease your voter experience. It is your responsibility as a voter to ensure that your voter information is correct – please do not wait until you go to vote to check the accuracy of your voter information, especially if you’ve recently moved.

At least 90 days prior to regular voting day or as soon as practicable before an election event, the preliminary list of voters is published and distributed. Your physical address as shown on the preliminary list of voters determines which voting district you can nominate, second a nomination or be nominated, and in which district you may cast your ballot.
